It provides a holistic approach to nurturing physical, mental and spiritual well-being.

Before starting any new fitness regime, it's important to consult with your healthcare provider to ensure it’s safe to participate. Once you have obtained approval, our experienced instructors can work with you to modify poses and sequences to fit your specific needs, ensuring a safe and beneficial practice. • Is Yoga only for young and fit people?
Absolutely not! Yoga can be practised by anyone, disregarding age or fitness level, body size, shape or gender. Shala of Yoga holds classes for children up to aged people and modifies classes to meet the needs and abilities of the individual. Please contact us if you wish to discuss your situation.
  • What is the benefit of outdoor yoga?
Practising yoga outdoors allows the body to connect with the environment and become more aware of the surrounding; listen to the sounds of nature, such as birds, wind, etc.. One can sense smell and temperature and relax in fresh air. Outdoor Yoga allows us to use our 5 senses on a deeper level. All these features provide us with a holistic approach to understand the human as part of nature and become more relaxed and centred. Unlike an air-conditioned artificial room environment, an open setting allows the practitioner to be in 'the real world'.
