What is Family Yoga?

Family Yoga is a wonderful way to nurture a deeper connection with your child and create lasting memories. By practicing yoga together, families not only improve physical health—flexibility, coordination, and relaxation—but also foster emotional bonds through shared experiences, communication and teamwork.

Kool Kidz Family Yoga encourages trust, empathy and support through fun and play-focussed themed sessions.

 

Please Note:

This is a Family Group Yoga Class!

Only actively participating children permitted to be on site! 

No child-minding or "children waiting" during classes.

An adult must stay, participate and supervise children at all times.

Classes include:

- Yoga games, music, playful yoga-stories and lots of fun 

- Introducing more formal yoga

- Partner yoga
