Every body is different, and every day is different. My classes combine mindful movement, safe alignment and supportive guidance, encouraging you to move in a way that feels right for you.
My passion for yoga comes from personal experience. After facing health challenges as a teenager, yoga helped me rebuild strength, resilience and a sense of connection to myself. Later, working in demanding professional roles, I came to appreciate the importance of creating balance in a busy life.
As a qualified Yoga Teacher for adults and children, I’m passionate about helping others feel stronger, calmer and more connected through an accessible, health-focused approach to yoga.
