Service Description
Postnatal Yoga helps to regain strength, restore mobility and reconnect with your body after having a baby. This gentle, supportive class helps you rebuild core and pelvic floor stability, release tension in your back, shoulders and hips and regain confidence in movement. Move at your own pace with mindful, accessible sequences designed for recovery, strength and overall wellbeing. Babies are welcome! Bring your newborn so you can focus on your recovery and feel fully supported in a calm, shared space. Yoga Class Participation & Medical Policy Medical Declaration Required: All participants must complete a medical declaration prior to the commencement of any course or class. You are legally and ethically required to inform us of any changes to your pregnancy status, pre-existing conditions, or other health concerns. Liability: Failure to disclose pre-existing or new health concerns, including pregnancy-related issues, will be considered your sole responsibility. We will not be held liable for any injury, complications, or adverse outcomes arising from undisclosed conditions. Medical Clearance: Prior to commencing yoga during or after pregnancy, consultation with your medical practitioner is strongly advised. If your pregnancy or childbirth was complicated, a medical consultation is mandatory, and you must provide us with documentation confirming clearance. Pregnancy Participation Limits: Participation is only permitted from 14 weeks of pregnancy onward. Postpartum participation is restricted to 6 weeks after vaginal birth and 8 weeks after a C-section. Rescheduling & Amendments: Any changes to confirmed reservations must be communicated to us directly. Failure to notify may result in loss of booking privileges. Payment Policy: Payment is required prior to the start of the class. In-person card payments are subject to additional surcharges. By attending our classes, you agree to comply with all medical and payment requirements. Non-compliance may result in denial of participation without refund.
